Great product - good customer service
I really love this product and it was really nicely presented even though I hadn't asked for gift wrapping and there were extras like some pre-made seals and sealing wax that I wasn't expecting. There's one area of improvement I would make when ordering the product. There is a drop-down box for fonts for initials, it would be helpful if they were in the fonts themselves, like in Microsoft Word. I wanted the font changed, which was dealt with via email very swiftly. It was quite an expensive gift, but worthwhile. The recipient was very happy! Reply from CustomWaxNSeals Although in theory it would be a brilliant idea to show all the fonts, but unfortunately it is not possible as the software does not allow for it. We do list all the fonts in the Font library from the left-hand menu, and will happily show designs in any fonts requested. Jackie
