Wthin 24-48 hours of placing your order you will receive via email a choice of at least 4 designs (sometimes more if we already have the design created), let us know if you would like a specific font please see our FONT LIBRARY for suggestions), we can only progress your order once you have confirmed your choice. (PROOFS may take longer during our busy periods eg Christmas time)
We can create your design in any fonts available, and if you require a font not on our system, just email us the font file (ttf) and we will use it to create your design. Designs will be entwined where possible, if you do not want your initials entwined, please specify this on the order form and we will bear this in mind when creating your design.
Your wax seal proof will be emailed as a black and white jpg file for viewing purposes.
NEW - We are now able to engrave a Secret Message onto the top side of wax seal (only available on round 25, 30 or 35mm size stamp heads) Extra cost applies depending on the size of the stamp. Characters are limited depending on the size of the stamp head, suggestions include: motto's, Latin phrases, names, dates, your own special message.
PLEASE BEWARE, that adding a border will reduce the area for the initials and this needs to be taken into consideration when choosing your border design. NOT SUITABLE FOR THE 22mm Size.
A proof is supplied for approval prior to engraving (please indicate if you do not require this option - design would be at our discretion)

I needed my custom seal quick and within a matter of hours of placing the order had received an email with various designs to choose from. I replied and the seal and wax arrived within a few days. It looks great and its surprisingly easy to use once you get into it - just don't let the wax get too warm and thin! Great service & very friendly too. I'd definitely order from this site again.

We wanted something different for sealing our wedding invitations so instead of the standard two rings together we decided to get our initials made into a seal! We were so excited when it arrived and nearly used a full stick of wax just "practicing" with it - we LOVE our stamp and now not only do we have it for our wedding but we will have it forever more!
