INSTRUCTIONS

What You’ll Need:

  • 11mm Sealing Wax Sticks
  • An 11mm glue gun
  • A wax seal stamp
  • A heat-resistant surface

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Work Area
    • Place a heat-resistant mat or parchment paper on your workspace.
    • Have your wax seal stamp ready. For best results, lightly chill the stamp to prevent sticking.
  2. Load the Wax Stick
    • Insert an 11mm Sealing Wax Stick into your glue gun.
    • Allow the glue gun to heat up for 3–5 minutes until the wax flows smoothly when you pull the trigger.
  3. Apply the Wax
    • Squeeze the trigger to dispense a small, even puddle of wax onto your desired surface (e.g., envelopes, bottle tops, tags).
    • Aim for a circle slightly larger than your wax seal stamp.
  4. Stamp the Wax
    • Firmly press your wax seal stamp into the melted wax.
    • Hold in place for about 10–15 seconds to allow the wax to set.
  5. Remove the Stamp
    • Gently lift the stamp straight up to reveal your seal.
    • If the wax sticks to the stamp, let it cool for a few more seconds before trying again.
  6. Let It Fully Set
    • Allow the wax seal to cool and harden completely before handling.

Tips for Best Results:

  • If the wax is too runny, let the glue gun cool slightly before continuing.
  • Store wax sticks in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
