POTENTIAL RISKS
- Hot wax can burn your skin – Be careful when handling!

FIRST AID MEASURES
- Burns: For a minor burn, run cool water over it for 10–15 minutes, then pat dry and apply aloe vera or a mild lotion. Cover with a sterile bandage or cling film and avoid popping blisters. Seek medical help for severe burns. Avoid using ice, as it can worsen the injury
- Eye Contact: Rinse with lukewarm water for several minutes. See a doctor if needed.
- Inhalation: The wax is too hot, turn the temperature down or off and step outside for fresh air.
- Ingestion: Don’t make yourself vomit. Seek medical help.
FIRE SAFETY
- What to use if it catches fire? CO2, dry chemical, or foam extinguisher.
- What NOT to use? Water on hot wax—it can splatter!
- Firefighters’ advice: Overheated wax can release flammable fumes.
CLEANUP, STORAGE & DISPOSAL
- Spills? Let the wax cool and harden before cleaning.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat or open flames.
- Disposal: Do not pour hot wax down the drain. Once cooled and solidified, dispose of it in general waste. If disposing of large amounts, consider taking it to a waste recycling facility that accepts wax-based products.
USING IT SAFELY
- Wear gloves when handling hot wax.
- Use safety glasses if working with large amounts.
- Ventilate the area if melting large batches.

INSTRUCTIONS
What You’ll Need:
- 7mm Sealing Wax Sticks
- A 7mm glue gun
- A wax seal stamp
- A heat-resistant surface
Instructions:
- Prepare Your Work Area
- Place a heat-resistant mat or parchment paper on your workspace.
- Have your wax seal stamp ready. For best results, lightly chill the stamp to prevent sticking.
- Load the Wax Stick
- Insert a 7mm Sealing Wax Stick into your glue gun.
- Allow the glue gun to heat up for 3–5 minutes until the wax flows smoothly when you pull the trigger.
- Apply the Wax
- Squeeze the trigger to dispense a small, even puddle of wax onto your desired surface (e.g., envelopes, bottle tops, tags).
- Aim for a circle slightly larger than your wax seal stamp.
- Stamp the Wax
- Firmly press your wax seal stamp into the melted wax.
- Hold in place for about 10–15 seconds to allow the wax to set.
- Remove the Stamp
- Gently lift the stamp straight up to reveal your seal.
- If the wax sticks to the stamp, let it cool for a few more seconds before trying again.
- Let It Fully Set
- Allow the wax seal to cool and harden completely before handling.
Tips for Best Results:
- If the wax is too runny, let the glue gun cool slightly before continuing.
- Store wax sticks in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Please note, our sticks do not fit into "Hobbycraft" or "Gogonova" brand glue guns but work well with most other glue guns.
