    This process has been seamless; from placing the order online to delivery. I received a proof promptly, it was great to see my stamp design brought to life so soon (It looked far better on the screen than I had imagined in my mind's eye). Delivery was quicker than expected and it arrived well packaged. I opened the box to be greeted by royal purple tissue paper (my favourite colour), I unwrapped that and found my order safely placed in an organza pouch wrapped in bubble wrap. I was awestruck! It is beautiful! I am very pleased with the quality of the engraving and the product as a whole. The handle is well made and sturdy, it is a true treasure in it's entirety. I also love the seals included so that straight away I could see what it looks like in wax. It truly is remarkable and I will be ordering again in the future!
