A delightful trip back in time to a bygone era, when the art of letter writing was at it's pinnacle as a means of communication. We are pleased to be able to bring to you an 'exclusive' Handmade wood and brass Melting Pot, complete with solid brass barley twist legs and an old fashioned spirit burner.
Included in the set is our own sturdy solid brass and wood Wax Melting Spoon 5ml, the Sealing Wax Melting Set arrives almost ready to use leaving just the screwing in of three screws to the legs to complete assembly.
Packaged in the old fashioned way of a brown paper package tied up with string.
- We recommend only methylated spirits (Denatured alcohol in USA) as its fuel source in the spirit burner supplied with this product (not included in the set), and should be used with extreme care -

Engraved brass wax stamp is NOT included and can be purchased separately.
As this set is handmade, there will be imperfections on the brass items, this is due to the casting process and cannot be avoided.

Deluxe Wax Melting Pot with Spoon and Spirit Burner
Been using wax seals for some time now and decided to upgrade to this. Ordered it and paid for 1-2 day shipping, and it was on my doorstep within forty-eight hours. As stated in other reviews, some minor assembly is required, less than a couple of minutes work. The quality is superb - everything feels solid, stable and sturdy. The brass supports in particular feel sturdy and heavy duty. Likewise the spoon that is included feels very robust, unlike the lightweight ones often available elsewhere. Few things to be aware of - the melting pot that comes with this is very large, so you will need a lot of wax (I have been used to using a few beads in a spoon in the past!). This could make it tricky if you like to change colours from time to time, but not impossible. Also, the wick it comes with isn't particularly long - not sure how long that will last, but they are pretty cheap to replace. These aren't flaws, just a different technique when using a melter like this. However, definitely a high quaility product, delivered very quickly. Would highly recommend this!

This is my 2nd one due to amount of wax used, I plan to get a few more as gifts, very high quality, pleasing to the eye, you cannot find one like this in the USA, so as always go to Europe for unique high quality items.

Unique desktop item.
Very elegant piece, with heavy brass cup and really nice spoon. Mini burner and finish overall excellent. Very nice gift and nessicity for anyone that enjoy wax sealing.

GREAT QUALITY
I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it was very easy to assemble, once assembled it's very sturdy and the finish is excellent, a fantastic addition to my wax sealing kit.

This is a great tool. You can use it to mix different coloured waxes to make your own marble design, use it to remelt unused or leftover waxes. It is great quality, the packaging is unreal so happy
